Deleted items are kept for 30 days, then permanently removed. Restoring or deleting reads live from the repository and takes effect immediately; the Library reflects the change after the next rebuild (~1 min).

Adding content
- Notes — Markdown files in
content/notes/with YAML front-matter (title, topic, tags, date, refs, related). - PDFs — drop into
content/pdfs/with a<name>.pdf.meta.jsonsummary sidecar (summaries are pre-generated, then committed). - Slides & figures — into
content/slides/andcontent/images/with optional.meta.jsonsidecars. - Commit & push — the build re-indexes everything and the site updates.
Deleting & restoring
- Use Delete on any item (card or viewer) to move it to Trash. It leaves the Library after the next rebuild.
- Items sit in Trash for 30 days, then are purged automatically (daily Cloudflare Cron). Restore returns an item to the Library; Delete forever removes it now.
Storage
Hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Free): up to 20,000 files per site and 25 MiB per single file (limits). PDFs are the only practical constraint. The Storage meter on the Library tab tracks usage. Figures verify against Cloudflare docs.
Summaries marked auto-excerpt are machine-extracted and unverified — confirm before relying on them.
